Dear Students,
When we join an organisation, we are given a role and a responsibility. We are in a team that is given a task (big/small) , a time slot and a few resources.
Finally, with the people in the team, the resources , the task must be completed to meet the specifications within the given time.
The production of quality work is the hallmark of a successful organisation. The company naturally rewards those who respond to this call and ignores those who do not.
It is usually in the interest of your self goal to see that the group goals are met without fail. And all efforts must be focused by everyone in this direction.
Projects therefore help us in knowing ourselves better. They are a great learning opportunity.
