As in any Project the day started peacefully and rolled into a bump around lunch time. It is important for all students in this project to understand the dynamics in a project work. If you do, you will never forget the lessons. If you dont, life has a funny style of repeating the same lessons to you UNTIL you learn and change.
You cant RUN AWAY from LIFE's class !
Although too much to ask, I expected all groups to come and rally behind their Subject Leader. Because, a leader is usually very lonely and under pressure towards the end of the project. Maximum help and support is required at that time.
Some students have adopted the stand that "My job is over, so I don't have to come".
Yes, it sounds perfectly LOGICAL when you are not at the helm of affairs. If you do, then you know how much help and support you would be needing.
Issues such as these and other performance and attitude related ones will be the basis for grading each student in this project.
The grading will be done after a detailed appraisal after Monday.
