Day 6 Observations

In the final phase of the project, care should be taken to preserve what has been created and make sure deadlines are met. One should be careful about sudden problems or issues.

Every one in the project must throw in their support for the cause. Alertness to trouble  is important.

You fellows were so busy today that the Subject Leaders genuinely FORGOT to attend the 12:30pm meeting !

That was a nice lesson.

Later it was resolved that an incomplete project is no project at all.

So, YOU MUST DELIVER THE COMPLETE SET OF PPTS by 15th.

That is the deadline. Those who put in that last ditch, extra special effort for the successful completion will be understanding the most important phase of the project.
