Project 2008-01 : Phase 2

Dear Students,


From Monday, we enter the second half of our Project 2008-01.


For the FINAL WORK to be appreciated by our clients, we must not compromise on  QUALITY under any circumstances.


To achieve this goal we must closely look at 

• the work done till now, 
• its quality level, 
• whether the client is happy or any mid-course correction is required ? 
• Will there be any rework required ? 
• Is there accountability for each slide made ? 
• Can we fix the responsibility if a mistake is found ? 
• What are the lessons each team is learning ? 
• Is everyone giving the same level of commitment ? 
• What is the opinion of leaders on their team ? 
• What is the opinion of the team on its leaders ? 
• Are there any important points that we must remember and apply for future projects ? 
• What new ideas have been generated through this exercise ?
• did you understand yourself more than before after this project ?
• did you learn any new skills in this project ?
• ..and any other important points that can be useful.

This kind of analysis is very important for success in future projects.
